"If you don't do art, you're a waste of a person."

~My Brother, while I was deciding what to major in college

Hey, I've got a secret. Don't tell anyone, but I kind of like to draw. I know, it's a shock. Now that I've got that off my chest... I've got something else to say: I do more than draw. I create. Anything from anything, really. It's why I have so many random things in my galleries. I draw with pencil, with charcoal, pastel, conté. I use nails and wood and table saws and band saws. All of it. Why differentiate between media when it's all there to use? It is my element. It is my home. I even know how to cross-stitch. It's that deep. Now that we're clear on what I do and the quick-and-dirty on why (because I enjoy it) here's a more standard bio.

I'm a Northern Virginia native with a passion for the arts and soccer.. I'm an avid fan of the black-and-red DC United above all others. I'm a homer where sports are concerned and also pull for the Nats and Caps. I've got a large family and love them dearly. My favorite subjects to draw are animals, birds of late, if you weren't able to tell from everything I've got on this site. Speaking of: This site is my portfolio showcasing what I've done since college more-or-less. I'm trying to find my niche and I think I'm getting there. That probably should have been in the beginning of the bio, but there you have it. Anyway, this isn't an autobiography, it's an About page, so to wrap this sucker up, THANK YOU for visiting and taking the time to look at what I've created. Words will never express how much I appreciate everyone's support in my endeavors. Now to keep creating... and never stop.
